- Summary: The Production Scheduler is responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the pre-campaign schedule. Perform at least 5/10 (first 5 listed below) to ensure the departmental schedules are accurate and communicated to all relevant departments to drive short term execution of plans. Ensure all schedules are created respecting existing labor and asset capacities and achievable based on planned material availabilities. Drive timely resolution of all scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities: Create, track and maintain schedules to provide visibility to defined departments to drive short term execution of plans.
Incorporate input from all relevant departments to ensure schedules are realistic within relevant constraints and latest information.
Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities against optimal production sequencing and efficient resource (facility/suite, equipment, staff, materials etc.) utilization.
Ensure all feedback regarding changes to existing plans is incorporated into schedules in timely manner.
Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning system to allow optimal use of system scheduling functionality.
Generate relevant KPI and operational measures to support identification of trends or root causing of sub-optimal performance.

Qualifications: Education: Degree (required): HS Diploma or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience.
Degree (preferred) B.A. or B.S.

Responsibilities Quality: Adherence to cGMPs is required at all times during the manufacture of APIs. All personnel own the quality of what they deliver and are responsible for notifying responsible management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, process deviations, product defects and related actions.
Safety: Must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety training, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Must comply with safety policies of the company and site.
